Ræd ships worldwide.
US orders over $40 ship free, with insurance included. Orders under $40 ship for a flat $5.95 — in the US and internationally, standard delivery. The threshold is measured on your merchandise total after any savings are applied.
Dispatch
Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on a business day leave the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET, or on weekends and holidays, leave the next business day. We ship Monday through Friday.
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with your tracking link the moment it ships. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate. We cannot guarantee Saturday delivery, even on express.

Once dispatched, estimated delivery is:

- Rest of world — 10–15 business days

Delivery & signatures
Most packages are left at your mailbox or front door. If the courier considers the location unsafe, they may hold the package at a local office or reschedule delivery. If no one is home during the day, a work address is often the surer choice.
International taxes & duties
Orders outside the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees set by your local customs authority. These are charged by your carrier or government, not by Ræd, and cannot be refunded by us. We ship DDU (duties and taxes unpaid) — any applicable fees are payable by the recipient on arrival. For rates, check with your local customs office before ordering.
Address changes
Because orders leave quickly, the window to change an address is short. If you spot a mistake, email support@try-raed.com immediately with your order number and we will do our best to catch it before dispatch. If the package has already shipped to an incorrect address, we must wait for it to return to us before reshipping or refunding.
