These terms govern your use of this website and your purchases from Ræd. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to purchase from this store.

The product

Ræd is a cosmetic body oil. It is not a drug, is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, and individual results vary. Scent descriptions reference the fragrances that inspired each oil; Ræd is an independent brand and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Baccarat, Chanel, Yves Saint Laurent, Carolina Herrera, or any other fragrance house named on this site. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Pricing & orders

All prices are in USD unless shown otherwise, and may change at any time without notice — changes don't affect orders already placed. Promotional prices shown in ads may expire; the price on this site at checkout is the price that applies. We may refuse or cancel any order, including where we suspect fraud, pricing error, or resale; if we cancel after payment, you receive a full refund. You are responsible for entering accurate shipping and payment information.

Subscribe & Save — recurring billing

When you choose Subscribe & Save, you authorize us to charge your saved payment method the displayed renewal price every 4 weeks until you cancel. Before each renewal we send a reminder email with the amount, date, and direct links to skip, pause, or cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account or by emailing support@try-raed.com — there are no cancellation fees or minimum terms. Cancellations take effect for any renewal that has not yet been processed. Refunds on subscription charges are handled under our return & refund policy.

Shipping & returns

Delivery timelines, carriers, and international duties are set out in the shipping policy. Refunds, the 30-day money-back guarantee on single-bottle orders, and bundle returns are set out in the return & refund policy. Both policies form part of these terms.

Intellectual property

Everything on this site — the Ræd name and wordmark, product design, photography, copy, and page layouts — belongs to Ræd and may not be copied, scraped, or used commercially without our written permission.

Reviews & submissions

If you submit a review, photo, or comment, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, edit, and display it in connection with the brand. Don't submit anything unlawful, defamatory, or that you don't have the rights to.

Acceptable use

You may not use the site for any unlawful purpose, attempt to breach its security, scrape it at scale, place fraudulent orders, or buy for unauthorized resale. We may restrict or terminate access for violations.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The site and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We make no warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Ræd against claims arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of the site.

Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before bringing any claim, contact us at support@try-raed.com — most issues are resolved within one business day. Consumers in the EU/EEA retain any mandatory protections of their home country's law.

We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
